An act of subtraction.

Our architecture begins with a solid. We remove only what is necessary — a passage, a courtyard, an aperture for light. What remains is both structure and expression.

Mass cast-in-place concrete with lime pozzolana additive. A continuous, 500 mm structural skin.
02 / GLAZING
Deep structural reveals inset 420 mm to prevent solar gain at zenith.
03 / THERMAL MASS
High nocturnal dissipation through cross-courtyard ventilation.
